Cheers to 10 Years!

January 11th, 2021 we celebrated our 10 years of Dr. Barger opening Opticology Eyecare. We are proud to have served the Wichita area in eyecare over the past decade!

A quick bit of history

Dr. Greyson Barger grew up in Sedgwick, KS, and graduated from Sedgwick High School. He received his Bachelors of Science from Bethel College and then moved to Chicago to attend the Illinois College of Optometry where he then earned his Doctorate of Optometry. Dr. Barger returned back home to Kansas where he worked as a pediatric Optometrist for 3 years. He married his wife Shelley in 2011 and since have welcomed their two children, Landrey and Harrison.

In 2011 he opened Opticology Eyecare with dreams of serving his patients with the upmost quaility, care and sincerity. Over the past 10 years Dr. Barger has been humbled by the patients entrusting not only their care, but the care of their friends and family to him and his staff. Dr. Barger is excited to have seen the growth his practice has taken over the past 10 years. Upon opening he had 1 employee, since then he has added several staff positions and an associate Doctor. We have been fortunate enough to make many great relationships with our awesome patients. We would like to thank all of you for your continued support of our small business.
