Opticology Eyecare is seeking an optician frame dispenser. Our practice is known for high quality eye wear, superior customer service and cutting-edge eye exams for our patients. Our busy optometry practice is the new leader in eye wear and excellent patient care, our employees will have excellent customer service skills, management experience, and familiarity with high end eye wear sales.

Be a part of the best eye care office in the Wichita area. We pride ourselves on providing outstanding service to our patients and our fellow employees. Must be service-oriented, extremely detail minded, be able to multi-task, comfortable with people and, have excellent optical skills. This position requires availability to work 8:00-6:00 on weekdays plus Saturday morning hours, approximately 35-40 hours per week.

Job Description:
-Greet customers in a friendly manner and ensure high quality customer service.
-Maintain a continuous effort to obtain company objectives.
-Create and maintain a retail environment that is fun, educational, and professional.
-Ensure all visual merchandising is implemented and maintained.
-Assist in dispensing eyeglasses and contact lenses to customers.
-Ensure all customer service complaints are handled effectively and efficiently.
-Show and recommend frames and explain product features and benefits to customers.
-Take optical measurements for customer eye wear.
-Pre-test patients and start charting.
-Meet and/or exceed pre-established sales goals.
-1-3 years optical experience required.
-Effective interpersonal skills.
-Ability to present and sell eyeglass features and specialty lenses.
-Excellent customer service skills.
-Must be able to work and interact effectively within a host store environment, adhering to and promoting all host store policies, procedures, and regulations.
